Personally, I can not recommend Bike24. I'll never buy anything there again.

A new MTB was bought there, delivered with defects and since 19/10/2019 is the rear wheel of my MTB there, because of a defect. Today we have the 18.11.2019 and the rear wheel is still not finished. To take so long for a rear wheel is an absolute NoGo. If that takes even longer, a lawyer will be turned on.

My acquaintance was also warned about Bike24. I have not experienced such a lousy service for a long time. Keep it up.
