We had a terrible experience with this company, culminating with them sending a huge pre made-up bi-fold door frame on delivery day with their fitters when we'd never in a million years have requested this because of the obvious access issue through a front door in a terraced house in London!!! Left high and dry by them on the day and when challenged of course blamed for ticking this 'tickbox' request on ordering - actually, it transpired this was already pre-filled in by their sales person without any reference made to it on the phone. Along the process we spoke with quite a ridiculous number of different employees - a couple were friendly and knowledgeable but one or two key people made you feel your call was an inconvenience - this resulted in consistent contradictions on information and costs and we felt the organisation was a bit of a shambles with awful customer service. They treat their window and door orders separately too, even to the point of payment and delivery, even when arriving the same day. Insanely inefficient for both business and customer. Duration was not anywhere near the cheapest quote we had. There are plenty of other companies out there and if we had to do it again, we would certainly give Duration a miss.
