Remdal was hired to paint multiple buildings in our strata this summer. Work started in May with an estimate completion date towards the end of June. Our unit was scheduled to be painted 3rd out of 4 buildings. Work started in June and then abruptly stopped in early July with them moving on the 4th building. We advised strata who informed us that Remdal had completed work on our unit and that the incomplete work would have to be submitted as "deficiencies". I have a very hard time relaying incomplete work as a deficiency. It is quite clear that Remdal did not have someone walk through all of the completed units to make sure they were completed. I now have a fight on my hands to get this work completed and am not happy.

Examples of incomplete work as found in the attached pictures:
- Gutters not put back into place
- None of the dark brown trim was painted at all
- Sprayed paint never painted over on white stucco

I hope at some point this year Remdal completes their work and will update my review accordingly.

July 2019 Update
It has been 10 months and we are still trying to get deficiencies completed. This has been the most frustrating experience.
