An amazing experience from start to finish. Our pediatrician referred us to ITC because of concerns we had regarding our son's development. I called the intake department and was pleasantly surprised with the service I received from that initial inquiry call. I was not yet a Fairfax county resident so I wasn't eligible but I was expecting some lousy, disgruntled receptionist you normally expect at either a county building or medical office. Instead I was greeted by a friendly, knowledgable, and VERY patient young lady who answered all my questions and suggested a course of action. That was just the beginning. Then I was finally able to schedule a visit in home then a second evaluation in their Chantilly office. Amy, Lynn, and Delly were amazing! I received a personal reminder e-mail from Amy about our upcoming appointment. She and the rest of the staff interacted with my son with so much compassion and care. It wasn't like a laboratory test like I expected it to be. And for first time parents, the staff there was so helpful with our needs. It turns out our little one is developing well so will not qualify at this time however, the arms of assistance they extended to us was just so overwhelming. Passion is visible through the action and words of the individual, despite adversity. The staff at the ITC in Fairfax live and breath passion for their mission. Thank you so much for the amazing experience.
