I'm only giving one star because I have too. On August 13, 2016, I was injured on one of their buses. The bus driver allowed to many people on the bus and people were standing in the isle. The bus was going to fast and slammed the brakes on and the people in the isle went forward and landed on my arm that I had on the seat in front of me bracing myself.
I was taken to the hospital by ambulance and was injured with a radial fracture of my right arm. I have made repeated calls and emails to a Mike Albertolle, regarding my medical bills. Ambulance bill $1159.66 and an emergency room bill of $4724.00.
I have had to have my insurance company paid for part to stop the medical bills from going to collections.
They need to take responsibility!!!!!
