I reapplied for my CNA license back in November and we re going into April and I still have not received my license, I have called and I m always on hold, they are the most unhelpful people I ve ever met. One lady told me that she would call me back and I never heard from her again. They cashed my check Dec. 3rd and here we are in April and I still don t have my license. If I could give this place negative stars I would.
