We have lived in Eagle Mountain for 13 years. Before getting connected to Direct Communications, we struggled with a competing WiFi solution.
I am a small business owner and use this connection for VPN access to my office frequently. Not to mention the other computers, TVs, phones and tablets that my family has connected. I can't tell you how nice it is to always have the bandwidth that I need for work or home.
But the icing on the cake is the customer service. Twice I have stopped in, once during setup, and just recently to get a static IP address. I love the smiling faces and quick solutions.
I am a very satisfied customer.
