I've used Russell Martin for years and was always satisfied with their work. Unfortunately, I will never be using them again. I called to make an appointment and requested the cleaner wear a mask in the house (which they should be doing anyways). The person on the phone responded with, they don't do that and suggested I call another company. Calling another company went without saying. I cancelled my appointment with Russell Martin and made an appointment with Koshgarian, who of course said they would wear a mask in the house. If the health and safety of you and your family is important, do not call Russell Martin. Because apparently, it's not important to them. Or their own employees, for that matter.
