Very unhappy to know that personal items left in my room while down at the pool were stolen from my room. For the amount of money charged and paid to the Marriott for the weekend and to know that my things were not safe is unacceptable. Notified them that they have a very untrustworthy staff. The necklace stolen is not a replaceable item as it was my mother's sterling silver cross and chain and she deceased and to know further they cannot do anything about it but ask questions of their staff is sad. I am sure who did it will not step up to the place and accept responsibility.
