The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. 3 stars because this courtyard doesn't provide lotion in their toiletries (standard across Marriotts), I am a platinum Marriott member and was placed on the 3rd floor when my preferences indicate a high floor, and most importantly the parking facility was a catastrophic mess, and wait times to get out of the facility were probably about 1 hour because one of the machines has been broken the entire time I've been here. The corners in the garage are tight, And when cars line up to the 5th floor to get out, it's incredible difficult to navigate getting in. This is actually a safety concern and needs to be addressed. I told the front desk, and they were unsurprised by this (it must happen frequently), and no valet parking service available.
