Bought my first SUV Sorento from Driver select on 08/03/2019, after we began looking online and found using AutoList exactly what we wanted.

Booked our appointment online with no issues and our point of contact was Mr. David who was very responsive for our all queries over messages as well as emails. As soon as we walked in within 5 minutes David was with us showing us cars even though it was pretty crowded on Saturday and he was taking care of his other customers as well.
We test drove our first car and once we were done , my wife accidentally left her handbag in the car and realized it later after we submitted back the keys and were almost planning to test drive our second option.Mr. David was very helping, friendly and helped us getting my wife's handbag back. After getting the second car and bringing it around for us to test drive, after we came back he was ready again to show us third car as well which is very great of him, but by this time we already knew what we wanted to buy.

Mr. David was very thorough in his explanations and helped us choose the best option for finance. He also did provided us Car Fax information and printout of our insurance documents. Meanwhile the car was getting ready we went out for a quick bite.

Now come the part for which i have rated 1 star less. The car we selected was very dirty inside and out since it rained that day morning and all carpet was bit muddy because of foot marks from other customers who have test driven the same car. We asked Mr David to please get car washed and vacuumed before delivery for which he agreed. Overall it took around about 1 hr to get the paperwork and car ready for us to take home. When the car was ready and we went out we were disappointed to notice that the car was not cleaned and was in same condition as it was left before dirty from outside and inside with only driver side foot-mats cleaned and plastic wrapped.. :(. We had a long drive back so we did not asked again and left the place as it was already 6:30 P.M.

It was an awesome car buying experience and Mr.David was great and very hardworking running all over places to take care of all his customers.
Apart from cleanliness of the vehicle our experience at driverselect was good and i loved the collection of almost brand new cars they have. I would definitely return to driversselect purchase another car and also recommend my friends to try them out.
