I've actually never written an online review for anything ever, but I needed to for my experience with Craig's. Every single person I've encountered thru this company has been extremely professional, courteous and helpful. From the tow truck driver who was immediately on the scene who reassured me I was in good hands, to Dan who explained the whole process and made sure I was thoroughly satisfied with the end result, to Liz in the office who updated me frequently on the status of my car. Everyone was so helpful and I am truly grateful. I am very particular about my Cadillac, and a perfectionist when it comes to detail. I can honestly say my car was fixed to perfection. I would definitely recommend Craig's to anyone.
