My husband was fired while under quarantine for covid19. The HR rep fired him for a no call no show even after receiving the doctor order. The company admitted he had never no call no showed and had no answer as to why they didn't check in with him after he called to advise of the quarantine. He didn't have to call in every day under the first or second quarantine. The man who called didn't even remember our baby was just born. Then they denied his unemployment. During a pandemic.

UPDATE: Turns out they fired the wrong person, two days before his "no call no show" because they have no idea who my husband is.
