I wish I didn t even have to give them one star. B...

I wish I didn t even have to give them one star. By far, the worst experience I have every had in my entire life. If you have the chance, PLEASE take your car elsewhere for service.

It all started when my husbands truck wouldn t start. We called GEICO (who was phenomenal) and towed out car to the nearest repair facility for a scheduled appointment at 4:30 pm on Thursday. Let me point out that is was a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. My husband and I didn t think that it would be finished Thursday but the shop is open late... I believe 9:00 pm. So, we thought there would be a pretty good chance we would at least know what was going on Friday morning. Nope. My husband rides by the shop after he leaves work (on his way to pick me up and take me to a doctors appointment from work because now we have only one car) and sees his truck still sitting in the same spot. A little frustrated, we give them the benefit of the doubt and waited until about 4:00 pm on Friday to call. My husband calls (the service advisor has not reached out to keep us updated) and the lady who answers has no idea what truck he was talking about because it hadn t yet been put into their system. A little more frustrated, we gave them the benefit of the doubt yet again and waited around until about 12:00 pm on a Saturday to find (after WE called) that the truck still had not been looked at. My husband goes up to the shop and asks what the hell is going on and we got the sorry excuse of sorry, we got backed up. Then, we ask for a loaner vehicle because my husband can t get to work on Monday and we were told that they didn t have any left but there s an enterprise up the street.

Furious, I finally called myself (4 times) until I got to speak with a manager and magically, they had a loaner car available for me at that point. We still had to speak with the same manager again because the vehicle wasn t looked at Monday either. Tuesday, we re out of $500 to find out that there was a bad wire.

The amount of hassle and poor customer service I had to go through just to pay them my money for something that could have been fixed in a few hours was simply not worth it. I never write reviews but I had to post this one in hopes that no one ever has to expierence this.
