In 2016, I got a referral through my primary doctor in the Military to come to this place and do my fertility treatment. Everything was looking good in all the tests until Dr. Kiltz performed a bilateral salpingectomy (removal of both Fallopian tubes). He explain to me that when he went in to try to fix my Fallopian tubes, according to him, they were too damaged and it was impossible for me to get pregnant naturally. When I checked my consent form for the procedure, is when I read I signed and consented to it. No one before the procedure took the time to sit down and prepared me to the possibility of loosing both of my Fallopian tubes. The only thing I was informed about was about the intention of fixing my organs to make me fertile. When I woke up from the procedure after getting the bad news, I was extremely devastated and went into such depression that until today I m battling with it from time to time. I ve decided to post this review because I still receive videos and notifications from this place and it always triggers the same feelings from that day and the best I can do is to write this warning, let the team know they definitely need to do better when it comes to explain patients the ENTIRE possible outcomes before a procedure to prevent what I am going through right now. I m adding the picture of one of my procedures to provide evidence I was their patient.
