It was ok. 2 members of my family really liked their filets. I ordered prime rib medium well. It is their specialty. It came well done, was tough and did not have a good flavor. I was disappointed as this is a special treat. Prime rib should be delicious and extremely tender. I have made it during the holidays and it always comes out good. Even the au jus was so so. I should have ordered the rib eye. I like plain old mashed potatoes. I have to say their garlic mashed are buttery and pretty good. If you try it, stick to their steaks.
