Bought a car from here years ago and I barely brought it in aside from the recalls. I called and scheduled an appointment for a diagnostic for a AWD light so I can be quoted on repair and figure out what the fault is. I already replaced my front axle disconnect actuator myself as the stored code pointed to that but unfortunately that didn't fix the problem so I decided to bring it in. I spoke to my service adviser David Perla and the interaction seemed pleasant at the moment. I was told it would take 1-2 days and I'll receive a phone call when they find something. I dropped it off at 10:15am and waited till around 6pm that same day and called to see if anything changed. I was told nothing and that they would have something for me tomorrow. So I called around 5pm the next day and was told my adviser was busy and they'll call me back 5-10min. 1.5 hrs later I decide to call back and was told there was no update. I should get a call the next day before noon. I called a little past noon and was told they haven't even looked at the car and it's been parked in the back of their lot. I was able to verify this because my dashcam has been recording the same lightpost for the past few days in their lot. It hasn't moved an inch. I was fed up with their incompetence and went to pickup my car. I once again asked when it will be looked at and they told me 3 more days. I offered to pickup the car and bring it back that day but they told me I'll be moved to the back of the line if I did. This isn't the first time this specific dealership has wronged me. I've used their free oil change they offered when I first purchased the car and was stuck waiting a minimum of 2 hours up to 4 hrs for a service I now do myself in under 30 minutes at home. They didn't even offer a loaner and told me they only do rentals. But I can recall I was offered a loaner for a recent recall but was unable to receive due to age. Appointments mean nothing at this dealership. They don't even have the common courtesy to call you when they say they will.

I normally save my dashcam footage after every visit and got a few clips of previous visits where they would be coughing, cursing, and taking personal calls while idling in my car. I've had them rev and hard accelerate a few times in my vehicle. Some of these clips are funny though, they all seem to hate each other there since I hear naughty words referring to their coworkers while they drive my car.

I know they will reply to this review with a copy paste message saying their sorry and how they didn't live up to their "5 star service". They were never 5 star to begin with. And "sorry" doesn't cut it. When your sorry, you fix the problem next time so it doesn't happen again. Instead my experience with them worsens every visit.
