The front desk staff was PHENOMENAL. There were so...

The front desk staff was PHENOMENAL. There were some problematic people ahead of us and the manager there handled them with such grace and excellence. The entire operation is run by professionals who can also enjoy a bit of fun. I felt like they were family for the 4 days I was there lol. 18/10 stars
