I spoke with Charlotte over the phone about volunteering & she was really nice/accommodating. Knowing that the office closed @ 6, I pulled up @ 5:55 just to see what type of facility this was. As I approached the door, a blonde lady was rushing out to her car. I got to the door only to realize that she worked there & had just locked the doors. So RUDE!!
