I would say this place earns everyone of those 3 stars. In the one bedroom there is barely enough room for 2 people; no way it could fit 4. There is no laundry, and no real oven. There is a community laundry that you pay 10 per day to have access to but the washer and dryer are no additional charge. The place is about 10 mins outside the city and kinda confusing to find in the dark. We got the hang of it by the end of the week. The timeshare presentation was interesting, that was a first for my wife and me. It was kind of like buying a car without a car there. You are not buying the timeshare but a membership. It's like signing up for Costco, if Costco was 10 times the price and required a 45 year contact that you probably can't cancel ever. During the presentation they are talking down about a place with a 2.5 rating while doing the demo in a place with a 3 star rating, which I thought was funny. But, the views are pretty and the place is quiet, and the staff was awesome. There was a problem with the booking company and they took care of it no hassle. The cleaning and maintenance people were right on top of everything, when we let them know, otherwise rating would be lower.
