Great for ice cream but has lost the intimacy it once had.

For those who remember before the rebranding and expansion I'm sure you'll agree it was a better place.

Having said that, from a business point of view it is understandable why they have expanded and the key feature, the ice cream is still superb. The general atmosphere is not what is once was though.
