Very customer-unfriendly. Clubsportive has sent payment reminders (from the last month after cancellation) to a wrong e-mail address. The payment had gone wrong due to a spelling mistake in the name of the account number. Subsequently, four weeks later, clubsportive outsourced the claim to a bailiff and handed them the same wrong mail. Eventually I was called by the bailiff that a high bill was open (amount owed + bailiff's fees and statutory interest). I paid the amount and then contacted clubportive. I have shown all of this in the person who makes the payments at clubsportive, but they refuse to accommodate. The attitude of the person who corresponded with me about this was very customer-unfriendly.
