Were clean! Location was very good and easy to walk to Clearwater shops and restaurants. Pool area was clean and inviting. Jose at the front desk was awesome! Wristbands are a pain. The color of the wristband is changed daily and you need one to access the pool area. In order to get a new wristband, you need to have the previous days wristband to switch out. I was given a very hard time when I accidentally threw my band away and was told to look through the trash for it.
