Throughout this process, Nicholas was genuine and professional from the very first encounter. His demeanor made a stressful situation a pleasant one with the concerns of what was best for me and the near future. Nicholas was patient with answering all my questions and assisting with the paperwork, I didn't feel pressured or felt that I made a bad choice.
