Been here many times and have never had a bad meal. Great sushi (especially their special anniversary rolls) and are unique for their emphasis on healthier "spa" dishes for about a quarter of their pan-Asian menu. There's quite a few dishes here I haven't had anywhere else, great dumpling soup and quite retro cold lunchtime salads with tropical fruits. Generally great prices (especially for soup).
Located in a sleepy shopping center - this corner BYOB restaurant is charmingly larger than it looks from the outside giving it a special super secret supper-club feel. The dining room is comfortable and no-fuss with proud pictures of customers on the walls from over the years, long retro (perhaps unintentionally but it works) booths, decor and usually jazzy music feels cozy and calm.
Service is similarly toned - unperturbed but friendly and attentive. They know a lot of their customers. This is for low-key homey lunch dates and dinners and rainy days for pots of tea.
