Booked 3 nights on March 1st. Tried to contact the hotel for over a week to request a refund. Nobody picked up the phone until I managed to find a number that worked. The most unresponsive hotel in the Atlanta area. I would NOT recommend anybody to do business with them due to their lack of customer service. A motel would give you better service than this. Worst experience ever. Still have not received my refund or a call back. Quick to take the money but disappears once you try to contact them
