I used the Martin Home Group for both the sale and purchase of my new home. They were excellent mentors across the board! The sale of our house was quick and easy and they helped us get exactly what we wanted in a short period of time! The purchase of our home was a lot more emotional and the other side wasn't easy to work with but the Martins took the emotions out of it an negotiated on our behalf to get us everything we wanted and more! We are very pleased with the skills, negotiations, and expertise of knowledge that the Martins had. They were very professional and I would highly recommend them to everyone!
