I needed a fuel efficient car, so I used USAA car buying service. Out of all the dealerships in the area, Mr. Brandon Hatch was able to deliver the lowest quote. After arriving I then worked with Mr. Parker and he made the car buying process very convenient. My main apprehension to buying cars is the negotiation portion, especially when it comes to my trade in. Mr. Buckner came over and we talked about a price. He was very up front and honest when it came to the numbers. I didn't get a feeling that he was trying to make a quick buck and he genuinely wanted to make me a happy customer which I appreciated.
