We visited the pool. We paid the entrance and ordered food. A few moments later, a group of about 25 children appeared in the group, who screamed K diving in the pool some of them with clothes, playing a bottle of coffee cups still on us. The hotel upon our arrival did not inform us about the planned presence of the children and when we asked for our money behind us they replied that they did not imagine we would like to relax !!! After a few foolish excuses, we have returned the money. Unacceptable treatment by a hotel of the semiramis level. I wish they were an isolated incident and improved their behavior
