Couldn't be happier with the service these guys provided. We personally worked with Joel Cooper to find our new home. After months of unsuccessfully searching on our own, we finally did what we should have done from the start and turned to core assets for help. Immediately after getting in contact with them, our search became incredibly more pleasant and the quality in homes available in Toronto suddenly seemed to multiply. Even on my crazy work schedule, Joel managed to find viewings for us at a variety of great spots. He took all the pains out of apartment hunting and just left us with the fun parts.

After moving in to our new place just yesterday, my wife and I are incredibly happy with the way it all went, and couldn't recommend these guys enough. We'll be sure to look them up again the next time we're in need. Thanks again Joel!!
