Our conversation didn't last 5 minutes because I could NOT tolerate how rude and unprofessional the female agent on the other end of the line was. She acted like she just didn't have the time to be bothered with me, when I believe that's her entire job.... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, THEY DON'T CARE.
