Joel came out today to take a look at our water heater and ended up replacing it. We had a wacky set up from a previous owner, but he took the time to explain the whole process and help us pick a replacement that was perfect for our needs. He ended up spending all day here because of the complexity of the install, but he was beyond professional, kind, and hard working. Even though he frequently had to go in and out, he always stopped to put on the booties and never took his mask off because of covid. We have two toddlers and an energetic dog, but he tolerated the crazy and kept his sense of humor until the end. We joked as he was leaving that we should probably add him to our Christmas card list after spending a while day with us. It's great service from people like Joel that will keep Genz-Ryan as our first call for any of our future HVAC and plumbing needs.
