I'm updating my overall score and review to reflect the service I received after I made my original post.
The first review I wrote was hard but also honest and fair. We did have communication problems, issues of the work getting done in a timely fashion and some sloppy work on the first go.
However, upon creating a review, someone from their management team got ahold of me within a couple hours and vowed to personally assist in making sure that the job would be done right and quickly from that point on.

He did not disappoint.

Within two days they were at my house and got the job done correctly. We also negotiated a fair compensation for the time that was lost.
Never once throughout the process was any employee unpleasant to work with. They were all respectful and polite.

The situation wasn't ideal, but we got where we needed to get and management worked with me in good faith when things didn't go well initially.
I'm happy to report that all ended well.
