Unique historic building with hotel in the heart of Downtown Houston - Hotel ICON provides a home away from home for business travelers. The rooms are nice and each is decorated beautifully with extra amenities like coffee and tea service.

Housekeeping failed to provide service the first day of a two night stay, even though no one was in the room from 7:30 AM to 9 PM - and management was only able to provide towel service upon arrival back to the hotel in the evening, due to the fact that housekeeping left for the day.

The hotel restaurant menu provides locally sourced food but the menu is limited.
