Excell is the management co for our 70 home HOA. We hv had many complaints regarding a our lawn service. The quality of the service has deteriorated the last several yesrs. It has gotten so bad the lawn service is now actually damaging lawns...putting large holes in yards. Excell has been notified of the dissatisfaction of this lawn service. Excell has been notified several times regarding the holes in yards...they have chosen to NOT deal with the damages caused by the lawn service they continue to employ . .being paid by Us..the homeowners . .it sppears...excell only responds to legal action...BUYER BEWARE
