My cars been there since Tuesday morning and it s now Thursday afternoon and even after 3 calls to ask for an update, I ve heard absolutely nothing from them aside from an appointment confirmation the Monday night before my Tuesday morning appointment. This is not the service I get from my Ford Dealership in Virginia.

***Edit: I was contacted by Dean Friday morning before the dealership was even open and he was very understanding about my frustrations getting ahold of someone. He was able to explain that this not their normal level of service and that there had been a mixup with scheduling and that he would find out why the ball was dropped. He even arranged for me to be able to pick up my car at their sister location on Saturday since I had to arrange transportation to get back there from Virginia. I can tell from Dean s call that they take their level of customer service seriously and that this would not have happened had there not been a scheduling mix up in the system.
