Have ALWAYS taken my 99 CR-V to Crown (where it was purchased), and I have never had a poor experience with the service department. This time was no different. Although the repairs were more extensive than I had anticipated, they communicated to me exactly what was wrong, what had to be done and what was optional, and worked to keep the bill as low as possible. I could ask for nothing more from any service provider. I'll take that car there until if falls apart.
