I purchased a bobcat track machine here. After 3 hours of run time one of the tracks blew apart. Brian my sales guy referred me to an independent shop they often refer customers to. A guy named Greg in North Prairie. Greg never ordered the tracks and would not respond to my calls or texts. After a week went by I turned to Brian for help with resolving the issue. His offer was to sell me tracks at full price and hauling the machine back to their shop to do the repairs. Now the machine has been sitting for over two weeks. I ended up finding another independent shop to repair the tracks. When removing the tracks they found a broken recoil spring behind the track and ended up buying the part through Bobcat plus. I asked Brian the salesman for help with this part seeing as how it was most likely broken when I purchased the machine and now the machine had been out of service for three weeks, costing me money the entire time. He blew me off for a week and when I reached out to him to see what he was able to do about the part he ignored me. It was a $1,200 part. In the end, I paid bobcat plus cash in full for a machine, the tracks blew out immediately and I received zero help from Brian or Bobcat plus and I ate a $4,300 repair bill and had no machine for over three weeks. The service is trash at this place. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.
