I discovered that the Auxiliary battery in our 2012 PriusV was bad just hours before I was to go out of town. So I called Mike Johnson Toyota and they got me in and replaced the battery in less than 45 minutes. They've always been courteous and expedient with our vehicles, which is why we wouldn't consider using any other facility to care for our vehicles and family. These people definitely earns 5 Stars.
