I have now purchased 2 computers from Northern Protocol, and have had several experiences when I've had to call on them to trouble shoot issues and provide general assistance. A few things have struck me:

First: They never make me feel like I'm unintelligent. I don't know a lot of computer "lingo," and so the desk staff and technicians always explain things to me in a way that I can understand.

Second: They are always straightforward and sincere. They never beat around the bush. If there was a genuine problem, they would tell me, and I never felt like I was being up-sold. Very quickly, they earned my trust. They really want to figure out the problem.

Third: They are competitively priced. In fact, I often walk away thinking, Shouldn't I have paid more for that?

Last: They are super-accessible. Do you ever think, 'Man, I wish I could call someone and talk to an actual human to help me fix this problem?' Me too. And that's what you get at Northern Protocol. They are efficient, have your best interests at heart, and really want to help you. I have friends who are less helpful!
