I feel so fortunate to find this clinic not only because it's right at my neighborhood but also because I instantly felt better from the first time I had my first physio session here. Prabh is a caring, smart and experienced physiotherapist. She was always kind and I find the treatment plans she had for me was the most helpful . Shawna is an awesome Kinesiologist. She doesn't push me beyond my limits yet I find her approach motivating and effective for me. She tailored a program of stretching and strengthening exercises to get me conditioned for my return to work and it was helpful. The physio and kinesiology sessions I had in this clinic was perfectly synchronized and customized to help me achieve the goal of returning to work. I believe I can't find a better clinic with better people than Reactive IM. They've been really helpful and professional. My only regret is the timing of my treatment plans to the recent COVID pandemic. The unexpected closure of the clinics had put my physio to an abrupt halt and it took it's toll on my rehabilitation process just when I was already scheduled for my GRTW. I appreciate though that Shawna offered to do a virtual Kinesiology session with me but unfortunately the physio cannot be done virtually and it affected me in a somewhat dramatic way. The only complain I had with this clinic was when the appointment I set up in the clinic twice did not match the appointment reminder I received by text. There was a time when I had to come back on a different schedule. I understand mistakes can happen and I appreciate that the young staff who made the mistake had sincerely apologized to me. All of them in the clinic including the front desk staff are always amazingly polite, respectful and friendly. I will definitely recommend this clinic to others.
