I am in a non profit organization called Adventure Princesses. Our organization came here for the weekend for "Fall Camp". We had been here two times before. We arrived and unpacked our things. We had a lot of activities planned so we thought we would have an awesome weekend. Keep that in mind. We then went to bed that night in our cabin. Some people were saying that they felt crawling on their skin during that night. After we went to breakfast, we came back to our cabin. And do you want to know what we found in someones bed in our cabin? A nest of bedbugs! Yep! Bedbugs! Everyone in the cabin started grabbing their sheets, shaking them down. and moving to a different cabin. We moved all of our stuff out of there in 20 minutes. On Sunday, everyone went home because the weekend was over. Our group? Found bedbug bites all over. Very disappointing. I rate this place two stars because we still had a good time. But next time, please be aware about bedbugs! Something I wish I have never experienced!

My daughter attended the camp for the first time the summer before 7th grade. She had several complaints at the the end of the week including the food and cleanliness of the bathrooms, and bugs in her bed. Most concerning to me was her experience at Camp Christopher as a non catholic. My daughter described being ridiculed by fellow campers and staff for not knowing what to do at mass and what to do with a rosary. This is shocking to me. My family is Protestant, but does not attend church regularly. Both my daughters have attended a predominately Jewish camp in the past, and found it to be a positive experience. Admittedly, my daughter was older than the typical first time Camp Christopher camper. She did attend with a friend, but did not bond with the other kids. This may have been because the others had been attending the camp for years. Another annoying detail was that there was a twerking competition in my daughter s cabin that was encouraged by the counselor.

Best summer camp. My son has been going to this camp for eleven years. First as a day camper and then when he was old enough, resident camp. He has so much fun and does so many fun things I think he wants to be a counselor there so he can keep going.

This is a great camp. We went on a father daughter fall group camping weekend here, and had a great time. The cabins were clean and intact, staff was friendly, and activities were fun. There are 3 ponds for fishing (with LOTS of fish), one had canoeing as well. There are tons of other great things to do too like Archery, high ropes course, zipline, crafts and more. The food in the mess hall wasnt bad for camp food. This was our second visit apnd I would return again!

My son now 14 LOVES this camp! He has come every year for 3 years and always has a blast! It has so much to offer from horseback riding, archery, crafts, swimming, hikes, to rock climbing plus ziplining and more! I love the values they follow and the lessons he is learning. He meets people all the time ( including his teacher) who attended this camp and they always chit chat about the amazing times they have had. Staff is amazing and very helpful with everything! Will definitely continue to come back!

I was so sad that Camp Cheerful wasn't open this summer ( due to Covid-19), but the silver lining is we found Camp Christopher! My 8 year old son attended Sum Fun (the day camp for children with different abilities). Miss. Anne was really nice, and their drop off/pick up plan was incredibly efficient. I didn't find out about them until midsummer, so he only attended 2 weeks, but we will definitely be back next summer. He did so many fun activities. Thank you!

Great facility and nice dining hall. The people are nice and the overall quality is high. They even have flat screen TV's there and there is a cool place called mumies cave where they have an old legend. Highly recommend
