Couldn't get anyone on the phone. I had to schedule a time for them to call me, which was a week later. Sent bills from my paper plates to me, but then when I got my "real" plates, bills were sent to an address not belonging to me and I didn't find out for months. (Even though I had later registered my plates/car to a toll tag.) By the time I figured out what was going on, they were totally unable to work with me and I ended up having to pay 4x what the original toll bill was. I canceled my toll tag (Tollway always had horrific traffic, anyway) and I am avoiding them at all costs. Horrible customer service and business practices. Please avoid them if you can.
