I came here because I find the products of good quality and reasonable prices. Very thankful that now, they have opened it temporarily to public and has been coming here for a few times now. But today was a total disaster. They had a sign on one of their cart display for terry cloth towels for $5.99 special and I grabbed a couple of them. Upon checkout I realized that it was ringing up at $10+. I didn t want to confuse the cashier so I decided to finish the check out. Upon getting my reciept, I noticed that I was indeed charged for $10+ for the towels. I told the checker and I was sent to the front reception. The front reception lady asked me to get the sign that I was talking aboir. So I went and ripped it off the cart where all the terry cloth towels were displayed and brought it to her. Upon checking the computer she found out that it was put on the wrong display. She then radioed and told the person on the other end about the situation. After a few minutes there was this guy rushing to the reception area saying NO you can t change the price, if they don t want it they can return it please note that I have not demanded for anything at this time this is them finding out that they actually messed up on putting up the display. So I then talked to the guy and told him that the sign was from the cart where all the terry clothes just like the one I got was displayed. And he then told me it was a split display mam like I m suppose to understand what he s talking about. But please correct me if I m wrong that a split display is 2 displays of the same item so it will have the same price tag which is not the case because they had the price tag. On two different products. I then proceeded to ask his name and he told me his name is Miguel no apologies whatsoever. He then changed his demeanor when I asked him of the general manager s card which he adamantly gave me. And went and left to check on their display a refund was processed for me. He then came up to me while I was heading out and showed me which product is $5.99. Bottomline here is in most stores I ve been to they would honor the price displayed whether it was wrongly put up and APOLOGIZE....this such a poor display of customer service...I hope the upper management will look into this matter because this is quite disturbing...
