Staff are amazing and they are accommodating for covid well. Would most likely be 5 stars with a few minor adjustments. We have a one year old and a three year old. They only have one activity on a day for this age range, (and only for two of the three mid week days) which is painting rocks and pottery. Swimming is great and it is fantastic that the pool is open, however there was only one spot available for the whole week for 45 minutes and then two more spots opened up which we took immediately so only one session per day and no other activities for our kids. The major issue here is there is no food between 4 and 6.30 (prime eating time for most kids of this age), the only suggestion from the team is to buy sandwiches from the shop (which is not 'inclusive') which shuts at 3 so you then need to keep this in the fridge. Great venue, great staff, just a few minor adjustments for younger families... And also no blue milk on site (despite being told there was when booking) so had to drive to the co op.. although our waitress did drive out to get us some on our first night which was certainly above and beyond after reception told me to either drive (after drinking) or walk 20mins each way
