Horrible experience. Tuscaloosa Chevrolet sent my wife a letter stating they would give us top price for her Chevrolet Traverse. We went to Chevrolet and they said that the letter was just a scam to get customers in. We have bought several vehicles from Tuscaloosa Chevrolet in the last few years. We will be taking our business elsewhere. We will also spread the word to not purchase vehicles from Tuscaloosa Chevrolet.
