I brought my car in for two recalls, which I was told is a free service. After asking 3 different times to two different people if I would be charged anything during my visit, and being told NO, they went ahead and charged me for an hour of work on something I merely had a question about. When I ask is this visit going to cost anything? And I m told no multiple times, I don t want to be charged for ANYTHING. It was never once mentioned to me that I would be paying money.

I voiced my frustration to my service rep, Cody, who said he would see what could be done and call me back, but he never called and I had to quickly drive in before they closed, otherwise I probably wouldn t have heard back.

Still extremely dissapointed with my service today. Their service reps should do a much better job at being transparent with their customers.
