Don't let the new renovations tempt you. These guys are just trying to kick lower income tenants out by buying them out and renting their neighbors/families apartments to wealthier people. They don't care how many times your heat/hot water shuts off. They don't care how big the pile of trash on your doorstep is. They don't care how many roaches are breeding in your walls and cabinets. And they certainly don't care how many times you call 311.
