My experience has been nothing but exceptional. Chris came to our home to give us a quote and he was wonderful to work with, very professional and informative. Jeremy was our crew leader and his assistant was Dallas - they were both awesome. I am over the moon in love with our floors- they look fabulous. Jeremy had 4 areas that he had to repair due to previous water damage - he is a perfectionist and professional he never once acted discouraged as this did set them back almost an entire day with repairs, he just made us feel as if this was all part of the job, he has excellent customer service skills and Rivercity Flooring is very fortunate to have an employee of his caliber representing their company.
