Fantastic visit for anyone interested in seeing Van Gogh's work whilst in Amsterdam!

We purchased tickets online before flying out (which I'd definitely recommend as the queue can get very long, very quickly!).

I'd allow between 2-3 hours, to get the most out of your visit and see all the pieces on exhibit.

The work is displayed in dimly lit areas to protect everything. In some areas you are allowed to take photos, but please remember to turn off the flash (I was shocked that so many people forgot to do this on our visit; it's a shame to think that many pieces will fade prematurely as a result).
